- A leader of group games or work shops. This involves confidence and Poole skills.
-Roll model, being a positive person for people to follow and look up to
-Team worker, to listen to people and appreciate everything some one has to offer.
-Organisation, this needs planning and time out side of work shops/meetings to be devoted to keeping up to date and on top of what I want to offer and get out of the work shops.
-I also see that I need to be a good support to everyone in the group. Make everyone feel comfortable around each other and not threatened to contribute!
